Murabaha Livestock Finance
In its understanding of the role portrayed by agricultural sector in the economy, Sahal will play its part in the livestock business by providing Murabaha Livestock Finance to its clients where our Islamic Institution will purchase the livestock from the approved farmer(s) and sells to its customer who in turn will continue with the trade and their supplies to approved slaughterhouses, hotels, etc., at an agreed cost-plus profit.
Murabaha Stock Finance
Under the Stock Murabaha Product - Sahal will, at the customer's request, purchase the goods from the authorized dealer/vendor and sell the same to the customer at an agreed price. The advantage is that you know the financier's profit mark-up and installment at the time of signing the deal, and it never changes throughout the financing term. This arrangement allows for immediate possession & ownership of the goods.
Murabaha Asset Finance
Our Asset Finance is based on the Shari'ah principle of Murabaha. A contract that involves the sale of an item on a deferred basis. Sahal purchases the equipment/Asset based on the customer's request & promise, and then sells it to the customer at the cost plus the agreed profit rate, thus concluding the Murabaha Sale Contract. The equipment/asset is delivered immediately, and the payment is made through easy installments.
